      Pros

      The Working time can be flexible, you can adapt your schedule depending on traffic not to waste to much time in the car. - friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      You never hear about a long term vision or strategy. The owner of the company is rarely in the main office and he's a bit away of everything which is really happening.

      Pros

      The teams are nice and most of the time ready to help to bring the projects to success. Good working atmosphere as well.

      Cons

      The management is not open to receive neither comment nor advice from the people working on projects. Information are given very lately and high re-activity is requested but to often without being having being involved previously.

      lange Arbeitszeiten, die nicht vergütet oder freigestellt werden geringe Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten. Nach 2 Jahren hat man eigentlich alles geschafft
