      Junior mining company where the culture is still being built. The project has been growing fast and, as such, presents a lot of challenges and opportunities for those who like challenging environments.

      Cons

      There are no job stability since the company has a lot of challenges ahead of it. If one does no like risk/rewarding environments he/she would not consider Ferrous.
