Pros
Awesome coworkers in the service team, you can bring your pets to work, and most supervisors are understanding and helpful.
Cons
It’s a stressful customer service job and the pay is crazy low for what you’re expected to put up with from customers and the high cost of living. The company has moved from caring about pets to trying to make as much money as possible. Upper management will ask for your suggestions and try to make you feel like they care, but they don’t. There are no promotions from within.
