The company culture is positive, and collaborative. The New York office has a great vibe that makes coming to work enjoyable. Plus you can bring your dog to work! Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there's a genuine, palpable sense of purpose in helping pets and their people. I feel valued here and appreciate the company’s commitment to both professional growth and work-life balance.

Cons

It can get quite busy at times, part of the territory of a growing, fast-paced company. The energy makes it feel more rewarding rather than overwhelming.

Consistent communication and follow-up throughout each step of the interview and application process. I always felt informed on next steps and appreciated the responsiveness from the recruiting team.

Cons

Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The only minor issue that occurred was a time zone miscommunication during scheduling, but I believe that was simply an understandable error on both sides.
