      Good place to work on, most projects are chill, growth plan guarantee a salary increase each year

      Cons

      Salary increase can be low (ig R$500 a year). You start with good money but it won't increase much

      The people are amazing to work with. I love that we have weekly check-ins that's non-work related

      - the initial on onboarding process is very good. - there is always something fun happening aside from work - the team values your feedback on projects

      Cons

      I worked there for a short time and had no issues. I really liked working here.
