The cofounder is a sadistic narcissist who takes pleasure in humiliating employees in public. She is a racist and hates Arab nationalities and explicitly speaks about this in public. The cofounder micro manages everything and she doesn't have any idea what she is talking about. Overall it is one of the most terrible companies to work for. Stay away!
