This place is a chaotic, panic-attack-inducing mess. I still think how many years this place probably took off my life. The CEO is, literally no joke, the worst boss I've ever worked with. He's an egomaniac and forces people to ask him questions during weekly meetings and everybody just has to smile painfully along and hope they don't get called on. You have to have your camera on during meetings, which just shows a complete lack of trust in his employees.
There is no protection for the customer support team. They get completely bombarded with vitriol all day long by people with broken products but you are just expected to keep at it. Answer more tickets about a product that is always confusingly changing. Unfortunately, that is the case for a lot of CS roles but this place is astounding in the ways they do not help their employees. Most places have a competent HR department or resources to help people through burnout. Not this place.
And if you like dogs? Great, but get ready for dog s*** everywhere.
Plenty of stuff I cannot even post about here but very much on the level of the Uncanny Valley book.
All the positive reviews here are from people probably being forced to write good things about the company.
Do not believe them. No amount of money is worth the mental health crisis this place will cause you.
