Company provides a great opportunity for growth and training on cutting edge laboratory equipment. About 1/3 of current employees working there have been with the company over 10 years. The company has a fine reputation with the regulatory community and with its peers in the Midwest USA. Growth has been tremendous over the past five years, and many opportunities exist for employees to asssume higher level roles as this occurs.
There are good co-workers and managers. The work itself is not hard or bad.
Cons
No pay increases as the ones responsible for that are literally too afraid to talk to their bosses about it. You must wear many hats, and not like 2 or 3, more like 8-10.
