Not bad - Sample Custodian Fibertec Employee Review

Company provides a great opportunity for growth and training on cutting edge laboratory equipment. About 1/3 of current employees working there have been with the company over 10 years. The company has a fine reputation with the regulatory community and with its peers in the Midwest USA. Growth has been tremendous over the past five years, and many opportunities exist for employees to asssume higher level roles as this occurs.

The company is outgrowing its available space.

The people, including management are very nice and knowledgeable. Like any company as long as you perform and get the projects done correctly and on time, management is hands off. Also, this company is very loyal to their hard working employees and is not known to lay off their workforce, even in the face of hard times. For the most part it is a laid back environment and the company respects its employees "work-life balance" most of the time. The 401k plan is very very generous compared to its competitors and the health insurance is also an extremely good package.

More often than is originally presented when you first start you will be asked to stay late or come in on weekends without extra compensation. It must be noted that this is a tough industry/field so the pay is not as lucrative as other as other analytical fields. Raises are hard to come by at Fibertec.
