      Rewarding career for people who perform. Weekends off. Full Flexibility As long as your are giving results/performing they donát ask how you work and how many hours you put Work from home culture is there even before the pandemic for those in need Strong metrics using simple tools

      Cons

      Fast moving and competitive culture, not suitable for people with laidback attitude. You may have to work over weekends yourself, not forced by them to be on or ahead of your targets Cultural activities have been hit due to pandemic

      You get to learn a lot its a very cohesive environment you work in with lots of scope to invent your self

      Cons

      There is a lot of scope of improvement in the process adherence, but it will just not depend on only the mgmt but the people also have to start realising and start taking owndership of what they do
