      This is my first Job in recruitment and I have learnt everything here infact I am still learning. Very cooperative team and very helpfull. They provide a friendly and supportive environment which is very necessary for a fresher like me.

      Pros

      Rewarding career for people who perform. Weekends off. Full Flexibility As long as your are giving results/performing they donát ask how you work and how many hours you put Work from home culture is there even before the pandemic for those in need Strong metrics using simple tools

      Cons

      Fast moving and competitive culture, not suitable for people with laidback attitude. You may have to work over weekends yourself, not forced by them to be on or ahead of your targets Cultural activities have been hit due to pandemic
