Pros
Easily understandable database system. Supervisors were kind and genuinely cared about helping us out. IT was quick to help if needed. Good for people who work better alone or can manage a hectic office environment where you're the main contact.
Cons
On-site role, you're usually alone. Due to time zone differences between site and the main Texas office, IT issues early in the morning were unable to be resolved immediately. Sometimes the workers onsite are rude or combative, but this depends entirely on the site culture and isn't the company's fault.
