      Owners of the company are readily accessible. Great place to work for with that work/quality of life balance. Well established company with loads of opportunities to those that raise their hand. Fun and exciting place to work with exposure to emerging technology.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of, I enjoyed my ten years plus with FEI.

      relatively easy work, very slow days

      Cons

      very mixed culture, lots of inside beef, training is touch and go, you'll want to avoid management
