Worst HR department ever experienced! Make no mistake - you are a resource for them to use and definitely not a living breathing person. Company is very top heavy with hordes of people doing the work of one person e.g. HSE teams who have never seen a customer site in their lives. They bring nothing to the business except extra cost.
