Pros
FieldLogix has a great environment and an awesome work culture. Management is open to employee's input and to their aspirations of professional within the company. I started off as a part-time bookkeeper but was eventually able to gain full-time hours and more responsibility simply because I asked. Everyone at the company had a great attitude and made me love coming into work every day.
Cons
FieldLogix is a smaller private company so resources are limited. However, I wouldn't go as far to say that "management is greedy" as in a previous review. Obviously a smaller company will not be able to afford to pay as well as other larger corporations because they have to be smarter with their resources. What you get with this company is the awesome unique work environment and a great opportunity for personal and professional growth.
