Fun company and team, and there is favorable comp structure if you're doing well for sales team
Cons
ICP is unpredictable and not very reliable. Just because you book a meeting with them doesn't mean they're going to show up. You can do well and benefit from the comp structure when you are closing deals, but customers can be inconsistent (for a variety of reasons) due to the nature of the industry FieldPulse sells to, so although there's a good comp structure you may not always benefit from it Primarily in-office with limited flexibility -- WFH maybe once a week and there's flexibility as needed if you communicate, but mostly in office (this could be a pro/con for different people)
