Pros
Great product in a highly competitive industry. Income potentials are substantial if go out and work smart.
Cons
Horrible corporate culture with unqualified people calling the shots on how to create sales. Company reputation is being destroyed by in ffective leadership who refuse to do the right thing for their customers. Way too much overhead at Sr levels that force ridiculous margins and makes the company less competitive
