Pros
The recruiting team leaders are great, some of the best bosses I've had. Always open to questions and suggestions. Working on studies for various industries was fun, I got to learn a little bit about a lot of things.
Cons
Pay wasn't great, and there was a surprising amount of turnover considering how enjoyable everything else was. People would just sort of disappear, Information could sometimes get lost in the pipeline of client>project manager>recruiting.
