Friendly company with hard working and passionate staff. Relaxed working environment. Great staff discount benefits. Profit Share Scheme. Occasional staff outings. Growing business with hopefully many improved changes and implementations to come in 2021.
Cons
There is no regular rota for overtime, so this forced onto the more experienced staff. You may be expected to also work during Christmas and/or New Years Day if this is actioned. Unable to have holidays during and around the Christmas / New Year months. Some topics are not discussed or issues are not actioned unless other departments or management has been reminded a few times. No regular updates or team catch ups seem to be put in place currently.
