      Fun work environment with some amazing people. Opportunities to travel and work with sales to grow business.

      Cons

      Lack of structure makes career driven people move on quickly due to no apparent ladder to climb. Very competitive work environment with little to no management or organization. Traditional unfair hierarchy.

      Welcoming team and staff, enjoyable work, great team leads. The work you do here matters.

      Cons

      Pay, PTO/time off setup left a lot to be desired, and I felt in this particular department there was a low ceiling for growth.
