      nice and very smart people to work with. Fast paced environment and lots of responsibilities to take.

      Disconnection between the workforce and upper management. there needs to be more incentive in order to keep the good assets.

      It would be nice if there was a better retirement or Esop. Also if AZ was given perks that CA has such as Gym access.
