Whoever wrote the review in July 2021 is 100% correct. There are very few rules, procedures, or processes in the accounting department and very unorganized. There is excessive gossip that goes on in this dept and people talk behind each other’s back. If something is not agreed upon by management people have been known to be scolded and talked down to instead of talked at. They also do not follow proper protocol with field employees, exposing themselves to law suits by the DOL and DIR, hence why they’re always under investigation. The accounting department has the highest turnover and people are constantly expected to work overtime. They just cannot keep good project accountants. Please do yourself a favor and reconsider working in the accounting department if ever considering working for them. Oh, and the review written in September 2021 was written by H.R. department after they found out someone spoke bad about them in July 2021. This was their way of trying to offset that bad review. This place is toxic. Stay away.
