Pros
Filene's Basement shows respect and appreciation for the management staff and associates. The support from the Corporate Office is always positive and helps the stores to achieve their goals.
Cons
Because the company is small, the budget for advertising is small. I wish everyone new about our store. There is so much competition in off price retail that consumers don't realize what a great store we have and the tremendous merchandise we have at great value.
