Pseudo culture baked in. Nobody really likes any of the leadership but are willing to brown nose their way into positions they want. It’s a revolving door of AE’s and SDRs and there is very little communication to clients on issues. There is a lack of responsibility and ownership within the company. Whenever I need help, I’m always doing the run around or get berated in slack. Mostly by the billing team, who expect you to have a two paragraph slack memorized from 2022 lol. Leadership can come across as very “Car Salesmany” and there is not an even distribution of leads. Favoritism is above any other company I have been apart of. And while the employees are great, they all exist because they abuse alcohol and Adderall just to make it through the days. Many employees also sleep together, adding to nepotism. Also, heaven forbid you have to leave before 5 pm everyday, people walk on eggshells or resort to “sneaking out” just to get their life back. Also, if you do not sell LEX tickets (which is marketing’s job anyway) you have to go have a meeting with Ryan 1/1, which isn’t fun. Pay is also below industry average.
