Pros

Employees are lovely and created a real sense of camaraderie. The company would be amazing if there would be some changes at the management level.

Cons

The company culture is a real danger for mental health. I have witnessed at least 4 colleagues suffering from depression or nervous breakdown due to lack of support/recognition and stress coming from management, who is clearly lacking any sense of accountability. It is a toxic environment where employees' concerns are being ignored and buried in the sand.

Pros

Terrible place. No training at all and no colleagues support at all. Everyone is so afraid of making mistakes than instead of helping each other you finish having a department in which everyone is check-in other's mistakes to avoid responsibility. No leadership from senior managers that have very poor working ethics and low working standards. Very low salary and too much workload. Information is not shared across the business but you are expected to know what is going on. Bullying culture and people leaving due to stress. Worst company I have ever work

Cons

Day to day work extremely boring: Based on manual processes like kilometrical excel spreadsheets to be checked one by one or stream of emails. No promotion opportunities and no room for improvements or new processes to be implemented. Patronising work colleagues that interrupt you in meetings but do not take responsibility when problems arise. Lack of commitment. Everyone is unhappy and always gossiping and complaining.

Pros

The working environment is flexible. However, co-workers tend to put their heads down and work with very little interaction with each other. So, for a new starter, it's difficult settling in.

Cons

Not much to say other than some efforts is needed to make the work environment a little relaxed.
