      Good for Learning if you are new to field Opportunity to work with different projects

      Cons

      Very minimum pay No respect to employee personal life No Saturday off , even some Sunday's are working too No additional perk No respect for employees efforts Sometimes you have to work for 2-3 days and night continuously, you can't go home at that time No overtime pay

      Pros

      Creative freedom Flexible Timings Great Team Food available Opportunity to learn and grow Good guidance and vision of the producer. Nice people.

      Cons

      Sometimes Deadlines are tough so there can be long hours and working weekends. Things can get hectic and clients can give last minute changes, but that comes with the medium we work in.

      Flexible with work/life balance No ristriction of time, Free Food avilable , some time if you late company provide you a transport. and Dinner

      salary is not Fine senior employee are not good. they Don't have much knowledge about work .. some time you have to work overnight . some times they call you on satuday & sunday Repetitive work
