Working & Culutral reality - Operations Executive Filo Edtech Employee Review

1) Late and disruptive working hours. 2) I have seen female employees are being holded by their manager to stay late in office even if its past 9pm or even later .. they still have to go home which may take an hour extra. Safety of female employees is overlooked. 3) Some managers are very low on professional aspect and treat office as it’s their home. 4) Old employees treat newer employees as they are boss even if they are on same profile. Management should be doing feedback session of employees. 5) Difference in treatment to different types of employees
