The team is incredible, and there's a solid combination of IQ and EQ at this company. It's a Series A company, so there's a lot of exciting challenges to take on, and you'll be doing it with a team that is pretty experienced for this stage of a company, while also being a lot of fun to work with. The company culture is the greatest selling point of the company. Everyone is smart, hardworking, but also really fun and here to build something really cool together.

It's an early stage company, so you'll have to build a lot of things from scratch and will have less resourcing than you would have at a bigger company.

- There are snacks in the kitchen and lunch is catered once a week. - The company is made up of a fun group of people that come from all different backgrounds. - One of the best parts is that you are constantly learning new things.

The biggest downside is that your schedule is extremely variable. You can go from working an early morning shift earlier in the week, to having to work an afternoon shift that same week (meaning that you can get off as late as 11pm). While the office is downtown and close to lightrail stations, there is not dedicated company parking, so that is an expense you need to account for.
