Age difference between young and older employees leading to resentment, The younger employees aren't treated the same as the older employees. Mediocre and complacent team members. Large disconnect between various departments. Do note in a short amount of time Finclear has acquired 3+ companies including their employees. This has lead to work culture clashes and infighting.
