Pros

Is a good company to bring jobs to our city

Cons

The well being of staff WFH is not seriously considered. I gave up because I spent from 8am to some evenings 7.30 pm totally focused on my job and thinking about it at weekends what I had to do monday. Not once did my manager acknowledge the input I was putting in, nor was I promoted when the next round happened for associates. For a 28 year old 1400 a month after tax just about covers my rent and outgoings as I live alone. They offer very little support for broadband payments, heating etc for WFH and sadly when you see your colleagues get promoted and you are not without any reasonable reason why it gets wearing on your wellbeing mentally and socially. I feel for others who have husbands and kids and trying to do this job.
