1. No planning in sales force 2. Decided things changes as they want. 3. No review management 4. Discuss can turn any time into argument 5. No information on the sales but micro management on daily employee activities 6. Taking credits of the activities done by employee 7. No passing on credits to the efforts. 8. Sales team will bring the account to negotiation and management will say they will handle the account and we are asked to not to intervene further. 9. No product knowledge or attending client demo is not allowed. 10. No support from presales team. 11. Sales team need to prepare the proposals. 12. No sales personnel is serving more than 1 year in organization 13. Since last 3 years so many sales person joined and left.
