      In the beginning there were Pros, however, they have been completely stripped away and none exist.

      Cons

      Constant threat of being fired. Overworked and underpaid. Skeleton crew of staff.

      Flexible work hours, direct contact with clients, working independently and in a team, interact with federal, state and local auditors

      Cons

      Low salary, heavy work load, long hours during tax season, not organized, not up to date, outdated with scanning documents, etc
