Top team and great clients - Anonymous employee FinchFactor Employee Review

The best thing about the company is its employees. They all work hard to produce great work for the clients. You may get the chance to work with some cool companies.

All the Glassdoor reviews are true and despite these reviews, nothing has changed. The company did a rebrand from finchfactor to futurefactor. Why? Unsure. The founder is verbally abusive, opportunistic, and unrealistic. She has her own agenda. She over promises to clients and as a result, the actual team doing the work finds themselves in situations that make them look bad and incompetent. When she realizes she's in the wrong, which doesn't happen often, she'll become fake sweet and physically affectionate which is inappropriate. The turnover rate is ridiculous and you'll only get a promotion after someone quits. They'll promise you growth opportunities when you join the company then you'll soon learn after a few months that was a lie. The entire management team is passive-aggressive. They're unable to self reflect and assess how their poor management skills affect the company. They prefer to pass the blame to the employee when things don't go their way.

Clients and projects were great- learned a lot from my position. Colleagues were incredibly supportive and communicative.

Upper Management and CEO were terrible to work with, and not fit for the title they gave themselves. Founder, CEO was verbally abusive, opportunistic, inconsistent and put her colleagues in very difficult, uncomfortable situations. Spare your mental and physical well-being and do not work here for this company. There are plenty of great agencies out there that actual pay what you deserve, don't lie to your face and treat you with respect.
