Pros

very few pros but the free lunch on Tuesday was nice

Cons

- They monitor your computer usage, even if you work in office. I have multiple conversations with my boss about this where he suggested I "keep clicking the mouse" to ensure that senior leadership doesn't get concerned. They offer a gym on site but literally no one uses it either because they are so bogged with unnecessary work or they are worried about being barked at for their computer usage being low - This company has a good product, but not one single person in the entire company will be knowledgable enough to navigate it and use it properly. Which ultimately means the customers have even more challenges. The onboarding and training for both staff and customers is honestly very bad. You are constantly told to "just look at Confluence" but the instructions are written by experts in a way that could only understand if you had certain context and experience. - All staff members are stuffed into their cubicles and rarely interact with one another. There is no time to interact and referring back to point 1, people are afraid to have their computer usage be judged. - Upper management and C level Execs are pretty much clueless about the day to day. The company is profitable which is amazing but these people truly do not even understand what their staff is doing and more importantly, how they are struggling. - You are forced to attend meetings in meeting rooms which prevents multi tasking. It's implied that you will close your computer and only focus on the manager that is speaking. Most of the time these meetings could be emails or much more brief, causing people to fall behind on their already busy days.

Pros

The experience here has been way beyond just work. The team genuinely focuses on learning, growth, and creating an environment where interns and co-ops feel supported and valued. What stood out the most was how much trust and exposure we got to the actual product. Every day felt like exponential learning, not just completing tasks. The mentorship, collaboration, and positive culture made it easy to ask questions, improve fast, and enjoy the process. The benefits and support for employees are honestly amazing too, especially the focus on health and well-being. Experiences like this really shape the way you think about engineering, teamwork, and your future career. Grateful to be part of such an incredible environment.

Cons

Can depend on person i see nothing.

Pros

Absolutely fantastic culture and team. Company maintained a flat, collaborative structure despite its size with brilliant people cooperating beautifully to serve everyday people.

Cons

You don't get your hand held or have a tour guide. You will need to dive in and figure it out for yourself. But the team culture is welcoming and collaborative, so if you're willing to tolerate some initial dizziness around how things work, you'll find good people you're thrilled to work with.
