Pros

It is amazing to see Findhelp's impact grow every year. Employees are smart, work hard, and are committed to making our customers successful. Leadership has a clear direction as to where the company is going and they are committed to the mission.

Cons

There is rapid growth, rapid change, and daily challenges that need to be overcome. Not a good place for people that don't like a fast paced environment.

Pros

The experience here has been way beyond just work. The team genuinely focuses on learning, growth, and creating an environment where interns and co-ops feel supported and valued. What stood out the most was how much trust and exposure we got to the actual product. Every day felt like exponential learning, not just completing tasks. The mentorship, collaboration, and positive culture made it easy to ask questions, improve fast, and enjoy the process. The benefits and support for employees are honestly amazing too, especially the focus on health and well-being. Experiences like this really shape the way you think about engineering, teamwork, and your future career. Grateful to be part of such an incredible environment.

Cons

Can depend on person i see nothing.

Pros

This is a place that when you close your laptop everyday, you know that your work mattered. Collectively, the people I work with are some of the best I've ever found. People care and they treat each other with respect. The work is also challenging in a way that has helped me grow and learn new things. I love the in office culture - I enjoy talking to people every day, I love the dogs in the office, and I find that the collaboration with my team is fun and productive.

Cons

If you are not a self-starter or not able to be adaptable and flexible, this may not be the place for you. As we are growing, we have a lot of competing priorities and that can be tough if you are not accustomed to switching gears or if your ideal work experience is to do one repetitive thing day after day. Also, if you are not a problem solver you may find the environment frustrating. We have grown so quickly in the last several years that part of our focus is scaling and operationalizing some of our work and that requires thought and change, and I recognize that this is not everyone prefers to jump into a company that is continuing to evolve every day.
