      Pros

      1) You will get here full freedom of way of working and sharing your ideas. 2) Freshers normally are scared to join startup as their first company but i am sure if you will join Finexus then would never regret. Even i left a well settled MNC offer for Finexus :) 3) Awesome Pay if you are skillled. 4) Amazing mentors at Senior level. CEO is such amazing person that he is always ready to help out his employees at any time at any cost. This will make you feel secured although working with startup.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics and zero care for the employees. Hard work goes unnoticed while 'who you know' matters more than 'what you do.' Save yourself the trouble and find a company that actually respects its staff
