      Pros

      Good brand. Good for resume, since it has good reputation Good products coming up, and good service projects Work environment is really good Good leadership with genuine care for people and work Flat organisation with lot of openness. No politics Decent salary and good growth.

      Cons

      Some service projects and products can be hectic work Most people are very good at work, but some people are not up to the level. Hikes are really good for performers, BUT If you are below average, dont expect any hike or only small amount. No medical insurance.

      Pros

      I had a great time at Fingent. The management and the leaders are very understanding and they give us plenty of opportunities to build our career. I've learned a lot in my 2 years over here. Everyone here supports and guides one another. The atmosphere here is a perfect combination of work and fun.
