      Pros

      I moved from a much larger company to Fingent. In Fingent, personal growth has been much greater in a shorter period of time. You get good visibility to all aspects of the project and work closely with customers. People are down to earth and there are no internal politics.

      Pros

      I had a great time at Fingent. The management and the leaders are very understanding and they give us plenty of opportunities to build our career. I've learned a lot in my 2 years over here. Everyone here supports and guides one another. The atmosphere here is a perfect combination of work and fun.
