      Pros

      They pay well for someone who came straight out of college and gave a lot of overtime if you are willing. Over all its a great place to work.

      Cons

      It seems like they just want to get people into positions and don't care if they are qualified. People who were there for years didn't even know how to safely cut an onion or use a slicer. They say there is a lot of potential to move up however they rarely do.

      Pros

      Pay was competitive and bonuses were good. The job itself is fun - there is always something going on and you get to know the people who frequent the casino regularly There is a focus (I believe this stems from Delaware North, not FLGR management) on employee spirit - they were always doing little gifts for holidays, and family-friendly events. Some of these things really go a long way toward feeling appreciated.

      Cons

      Everything feels very high stakes and that a mistake would not be tolerated. Management can be hard to work with.
