      Good tips Fast paced work environment Chance to make as much money as you put in effort- tip wise

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, constantly worrying about whether you're going to lose your job, strict rules regarding serving alcohol - makes it's hard to serve guests on the floor when you're trying to keep tabs on how many drinks have been served in an hour not just by you but the other servers, bartenders, and food venues in the casino

      Pros

      Pay was competitive and bonuses were good. The job itself is fun - there is always something going on and you get to know the people who frequent the casino regularly There is a focus (I believe this stems from Delaware North, not FLGR management) on employee spirit - they were always doing little gifts for holidays, and family-friendly events. Some of these things really go a long way toward feeling appreciated.

      Cons

      Everything feels very high stakes and that a mistake would not be tolerated. Management can be hard to work with.
