      The team is good and experienced Bonus is generous for support staff i.e not just sales

      Cons

      Hard to move up due to tenture of the staff 10 years + No plans at the department/ site level No vision at the department/site level No development plan for staff One day work from home Micromanaging Pay package without bonus is below average
