Finit is a company that has a big family feel. Employees care about one another on a professional and personal level. If you are an ambitious person, Finit has no problem helping you grow. You may be given opportunities that make you feel you are outside of your comfort zone, but after this type of experience you realize there was a master plan to help you accomplish things you never thought you could. Finit employees are always open to help one another. The company is always open to innovation and new ideas. The company exemplifies the word "team" in every facet of its operation. Like any consulting job, travel can be tough at times on personal life. Finit is the best in the business at offering a one remote week minimum per month and weekly remote Fridays.
