      Family Friendly Environment, A lot of dedicated employees, Boss's work with the employees, Friendly environment. Great place to get experience.

      Cons

      No room to grow, not a lot of co-operation between developers and engineers, Low pay compared to competitors.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and schedule flexibility for those that earn it. Rewards are given to those that outperform expectations. Most employees are invested in their work and want to improve the business and help implement new productivity tools. Plenty of opportunities to those that want them.

      Cons

      Business improvements are slow to materialize. "Standard" benefits (insurance, 401k, etc.) are sub-par and base salary is average.
