Pros

Talented team to learn from. You won't get growth there but they make you work so much that in 2 years time you would be an expert in your field. Thus when you will switch job then good hike is a sure thing. Some Managers are but management is not.

Cons

They make you lie to clients blatantly. Will show you to be a 5-6 years experienced developer to clients even though you are just 1 years experienced. They use upwork and freelance id of their employees who have left like 3-4 years ago to grab projects. This is their business model. Hire freshers and train them for 3-4months and then show them as experienced developer to rip off clients! If you resign then from that day onwards they will start treating you different. After resignation you will not get salary for 3 months notice and settlement would be done after 45 days of relieving. In that settlement they would deduct every possible thing they could think of. They deduct salary for being late even by a minute. One time CEO gave excuse for low increment that rupee is getting stronger compared to dollars so they are generating low revenue and then 1 month later CEO himself announced that they did 60% more business this year!

Pros

Some team members were supportive. Exposure to real work initially.

Cons

Management lacks empathy and professionalism. Employees are not treated with respect, especially during exit. Notice period expectations were unreasonable, with extended working hours. No consideration given for employees preparing for future opportunities. Work-life balance is poor and expectations are often unclear.
