Management does not treat you well. They will use bad word and treat you like servant. No increment, Politics, Old People work here so they have their own way of doing things, No process or latest technology used. Senior Management will not treat you well. They will scold you for every thing you do. They will demotivate you and take their frustration on others. They will force you to sign a bond for 3 years in less compensation.
