1. Working remotely. 2. Exposure to the financial and banking sector.
Cons
1. They overwork their staff, including Saturday and Sunday also public holidays. 2. There is no work-life balance in Fintrak. Forget about your personal life. 3. They deduct from the tiny salary they pay you every month if you don't meet a particular score in Appraisal. 4. They know you will want to resign after 2 months working with them, so they will tell you to sign a Bond for 3 years, even for experienced developers ( Please don't sign!!!) That's enough red flags. 5. The pay is terrible. It's not good at all.
