No Pros at all, its absolutely worst

Worst company to ever work with. Working here even for 1-2 months can take you into depression because of worst working environment. Rules are different for different people, no set structure or policies. The best way for growth in this company is to lead up through gossip. There is a group of 4-5 people who only focuses on playing politics and who can destroy pretty much everyone career because they have direct access to the management. Ramneek and Reet who are wives of the founders have no sense how to talk to people and are so so arrogant.

Management birthdays and festivals are celebrated regularly, which shows effort in social activities. Beyond these occasions, there is limited focus on employee development or long-term career growth. They fly us to goa for annual trip

Heard that he is good with old employees. † The owner frequently uses a harsh and disrespectful tone during meetings.
