Not enough attention paid to training

Working in such a negative atmosphere makes it hard to notice anything positive or even try to look for it.

-Career growth, which is a major reason people choose a company, is completely absent here. -Hardworking and talented employees are repeatedly overlooked for promotions and raises due to arrogant, unethical, and insincere leadership. -Success is not supported, only resented, and it often feels like there is active resistance to seeing others move forward. -The result is a deeply discouraging environment where effort is ignored and ambition is punished. -Anyone looking for real future opportunity should avoid this place entirely.
