A disappointing display of management that adds confusion rather than direction. A terrible codebase that can only produce results of questionable reliability.

Good place to work, supportive and nice people across commercial, project management and technical teams

Steep learning curve particularly if no previous commercial experience. Need to work independently to manage larhe territory. Both points aren't necessarily negatives.
