      Pros

      The people are kind, supportive, and professional. The atmosphere is friendly and the team dynamic makes coming to work enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

      Welfare conditions are normally good

      Cons

      After 3 months of working for FireArc, they announced on conditions worsening - change in the hybrid conditions and a downgrade in the office conditions. The worst part was the fact they presented it as an “exciting” move and because they trust us.. oh the irony. Additionally, the overall atmosphere among the employees is a fear to speak up since there were many cases where employees who spoke got hurt by it.
